Missing points?
Two things cover almost every case: the follow check ran before you actually followed, or a post never reached the scorer. Both have a fix right here.
Read this before you file a recheck.
We run aggressive anti-bot and anti-farming measures, and they run continuously. If your points weren't counted, the most likely reason is that something tripped those checks — not a bug. That includes engagement from bought or bot accounts, reply spam, near-duplicate posts, coordinated pods, brand-new or low-quality accounts interacting with you, and posts that only technically mention the project.
We don't publish the specifics and we don't review scoring decisions case by case — a recheck won't reverse one. Please only use the form below for the two genuine failure modes above. Anything else wastes your time as much as ours.
